HOTTY POLYMER ( Thailand ) CO.,LTD.
Production of Plastic Extrusions ( TPO・PVC,etc. )

We deliver high-quality products by adopting new technology.

Sube-up®
Sube-up has excellent smoothness and abrasion resistance because of its smooth surface resin layer.

Olefinic elastomers stick to other materials, and their surfaces are not smooth because they contain dispersed rubber particles. However, Sube-up can prevent the sticking of other materials and is effective in reducing sliding resistance because of its thin smooth surface resin layer.

Applications

Sube-up has excellent insertability and smoothness. Therefore, it is used for making gaskets, air-tight materials, water-tight materials, automobile parts, and electronics parts, etc.

Gel Gasket®
Innovative co-extrusion of gel with elastomer

Gel gasket is an elastomer co-extrusion with a gel.
It realizes high damping performance and easy installation through co-extrusion technology.

Applications
Damping materials for motors or pumps, gaskets for buildings, corner guides, table edges, industrial goods, etc.

View-up (Transparent acrylic extrusion)
Excellent transparency and weather-ability

View-up is an environment friendly acrylic extrusion because it is unplasticized and halogen free.
It has excellent transparency and weatherability. The hardness can be chosen ranging from 70 to 90 Shore A.

Applications
Building gaskets, sealing materials, LED covers, etc.
It can be used as a tube instead of PVC tubes.
